The YU Sleep money-back guarantee is the first thing many buyers look for, and it is the part with the least detail. The official page labels every package with a "60 Day Guarantee," but the text we reviewed does not spell out how a refund works.

This guide separates what the page says from what it leaves open. It also gives you a plan for buying, documenting your order and asking for your money back if you need to. We have not used the product, and nothing here is a promise of how a refund request will go.

What the YU Sleep guarantee says

Each package on the official page carries a "60 Day Guarantee" label. That is the headline, and it is all the page text we reviewed offers on the subject.

We did not see conditions, a return address, a refund method or a claim form. That does not mean none exist. The text may be truncated, and the full terms may sit in a linked policy or the footer.

Treat "60 days" as a starting point. A guarantee is only as useful as its terms, so read them before you pay.

What the page does not tell you

These are the gaps in the text we reviewed. Each one can change what a refund means for you.

• Start of the clock: order date or delivery date.
• Opened bottles: whether partly used or empty bottles qualify.
• Returns: whether you must send product back, and who pays postage.
• Shipping: whether the shipping charge is refunded.
• Refund amount: full or partial, and how long it takes.
• Contact: the page text names no company, address or support contact.

Why the minimum purchase matters for refunds

The page says it sells only minimum 2-month packages and not smaller packs. So you cannot buy one bottle to test. Your first order commits you to at least the 2-month price.

The prices shown, which may change, are $138 for 2 months (plus shipping), $177 for 3 months and $294 for 6 months. A bigger package means more money riding on the refund terms.

Many sleep products need time to judge. The page itself says a "full sleep system reset" takes 3 to 6 months. That is the page's claim, not ours, but it clashes with a 60-day window. Decide beforehand what you would count as "not working" within 60 days.

Choosing a package with the guarantee in mind

The discount rises with package size, and so does what you stand to lose if a refund is refused. Here is how the page presents them. Confirm all figures on the official page.

The page says the 6-month package works out to "$1.60" per night. That is the page's figure. It only helps you if you actually finish the supply.

A few minutes of preparation makes any later request easier. Do these before you enter card details.

1. Open the official page and find the full guarantee terms. Save a screenshot with the date visible.
2. Look for a company name, support email or phone number. If you cannot find one, treat that as a risk.

How to request a refund, step by step

We cannot describe the seller's official process, because the text we reviewed does not include one. This is a sensible general approach.

1. Reread the guarantee terms you saved and note any required steps.
2. Contact the seller using the details in your confirmation email or on the site. Do it in writing, so there is a record.
3. State your order number, order date and that you are requesting a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
4. Ask what to do with the product, and whether you must return it.
5. Keep every reply, and note dates and any reference numbers.
6. If you ship anything back, use tracking and keep the receipt.

Cancellation and recurring charges
